Summary

Designs and deploys enterprise AI applications and agents using Python/JavaScript, n8n workflows, and RAG pipelines with vector databases like Qdrant or Weaviate.

Role: AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI applications and AI agents.
  • Build AI-powered workflows using n8n (self-hosted preferred), including multi-step automations, custom nodes, and robust error handling.
  • Develop intelligent AI agents with tool usage, memory, and multi-step reasoning capabilities.
  • Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems through REST APIs and other integration mechanisms.
  • Develop reusable AI services that can be consumed across multiple applications.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance AI workflows and automation pipelines.
  • Contribute to AI solution architecture, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code.
  • Strong experience with n8n (self-hosted preferred), including complex workflow design, custom nodes, and error handling.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Understanding of ML/AI fundamentals and ML algorithms — model inference, embeddings, tokenization, fine-tuning concepts.
  • Experience building AI agents with tool integration, memory, and multi-step reasoning capabilities.
  • Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases such as Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including embeddings, tokenization, model inference, and fine-tuning concepts.
  • Experience working with Hugging Face models and Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API key authentication.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and CLI-based development workflows.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
