Develop and implement AI algorithms to solve specific business problems. Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify opportunities for AI use and assess impact. Collaborate with the Technical Team to integrate AI solutions into existing processes. Collect and prepare high-quality data for training AI models. Train, optimize and evaluate AI models using ML and DL methods. Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure performance and security. Provide training and technical support to ensure proper adoption of AI within the enterprise. Maintain knowledge of the latest AI trends and developments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, math, statistics or related field. Thorough knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data analysis techniques. Proficient in Python programming. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical teams. Results orientation, problem solving, and attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a changing environment.
