AI Engineer II

Responsibilities:

• Define the enterprise AI technology roadmap and solution architecture.
• Lead multiple AI engineering teams as technical leads.
• Architect scalable solutions using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, machine learning, and multimodal AI.
• Develop reusable AI platforms, services, frameworks, and engineering standards.
• Own delivery planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Conduct architecture and critical code reviews and guide the resolution of complex technical issues.
• Establish standards for AI evaluation, security, governance, testing, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and define measurable outcomes.
• Mentor technical leaders through coaching, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, architecture, or technology delivery.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI or generative AI solutions.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams or technical leads.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, MCP, machine learning, and AI evaluation.
• Strong experience with Python, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud AI services, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and observability.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical decision-making, and delivery ownership.
