AI Engineer Intern – Entrepreneurial / Product & Growth

Compensation: ₹60,000 – ₹1.2L

We are looking for a highly motivated **AI Engineer Intern with an entrepreneurial mindset** to join our team and help build AI-powered products from scratch. This is not a traditional internship — you’ll have the opportunity to work across **AI engineering, product development, automation, marketing, sales, and go-to-market strategy**. We’re looking for someone who loves building things from zero, experimenting with new AI tools, thinking creatively about how to acquire customers, and using AI agents to automate every stage of the product journey. You’ll work closely with the founding team, take ownership of real problems, rapidly prototype ideas, and turn them into working products and businesses. **Responsibilities:** Build and experiment with AI-powered products and agents from idea to production. Research and integrate the latest AI models, APIs, open-source frameworks, and agentic technologies. Create AI agents and automation workflows for different product journeys including **development, customer support, marketing, sales, research, and operations**. Work with the founding team to identify customer problems, validate ideas, and rapidly build MVPs. Experiment with **GTM strategies, customer acquisition channels, content marketing, programmatic SEO, outbound sales, and AI-driven marketing automation**. Build systems that can programmatically generate content, identify prospects, perform outreach, analyze markets, and support sales. Analyze user feedback and market data to continuously improve the product and identify new opportunities. Take ownership of projects end-to-end — from research and coding to deployment, experimentation, and measuring results. Continuously explore new AI capabilities and find creative ways to use them to build products faster and operate more efficiently. **Skills Required:** Strong interest in **Artificial Intelligence, AI Agents, LLMs, and automation**. Basic experience with Python and software development through academic, personal, or previous projects. Understanding of APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agent frameworks, or similar AI concepts is a plus. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking ability — you should be comfortable figuring things out independently. Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment, fail fast, learn, and try again. Interest in **product building, startups, GTM, marketing, sales, and customer acquisition**. Ability to use AI tools to dramatically accelerate development and automate repetitive work.
