AI Engineer
Summary
Build and enhance an AI-powered interview platform by integrating LLMs, designing interview workflows, and developing scalable backend services for automated candidate evaluations.
We are looking for an AI Interview Engineer to build and enhance our AI-powered interview platform. You will develop intelligent interview workflows, integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), and create scalable backend services that automate candidate interviews and evaluations.
You will collaborate closely with Product, HR, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable AI-driven interview experiences while ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the AI Interview platform.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs into interview workflows.
Develop AI features for question generation, candidate evaluation, and interview summarization.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement logging, monitoring, and automated testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI interview accuracy and user experience.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
Experience with Python and Django.
Experience integrating AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI application development.
Experience building REST APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, etc.).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, or voice AI technologies.
Experience building HR Tech, SaaS, or AI products.
