About the role Join the first Mexican unicorn to transform the used car market using an AI-first approach. You will work on core operations, ranging from conversational commerce to generative marketing, while helping us scale our technical infrastructure.

What you'll do
- Design, build, and optimize scalable backend services.
- Develop and maintain distributed systems and RESTful APIs.
- Integrate LLMs into microservices and manage prompt engineering.
- Create tools to improve customer interaction quality.
- Experiment with model integration and refine bot templates.
- Promote engineering best practices within the GenAI team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Go and AWS.
- Prior work building APIs that interface with LLMs.
- Advanced Docker skills and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
