AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Solve business problems across all functions using AI/ML with quantifiable outcomes.
• End-to-end ownership of model lifecycle management.
• Team management and stakeholder management.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable modeling experience: In-depth understanding of model building and model lifecycle management across supervised and unsupervised learning using structured and unstructured data. (e. g. Risk Scorecard, Propensity models, Optimisation, NLP, etc. )
• Excellent coding skills: Python coding (a must-have skill) and developing SQL queries.
• Strategic and Analytical Orientation: Exceptional Logical, Analytical, and reasoning skills complemented by rigor and a strong quantitative orientation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills: Impeccable written and oral communications with the ability to manage stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business judgment and integrity: Should be a tenacious problem solver with good judgment and an open-minded approach. One who pushes the envelope but is rooted in ground reality.
• Self-driven: Motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Team management: Ability to manage and mentor team members.
