岗位职责：
负责企业级 AIOS 中 Agent Control Plane 核心能力的研发和工程化落地，构建支持多类型智能体统一注册、运行观测、策略治理、安全执行及公共运行时服务的企业级平台。
Agent Control Plane研发
- 参与智能体统一注册、目录、元数据、责任归属和生命周期管理等平台能力建设。
- 开发智能体运行状态、健康度、调用链路、资源消耗和异常事件的统一监控能力。
- 建设策略配置、策略编排、审批发布、版本管理和执行反馈机制。
- 支持限流、熔断、降级、暂停、恢复等通用干预动作，并与运行时执行组件协同形成治理闭环。
工程质量与生产交付
- 负责核心服务的高可用、弹性扩展、性能优化和故障恢复。
- 编写单元测试、集成测试、性能测试和自动化部署脚本。
- 建设 CI/CD、配置管理、灰度发布、日志审计和生产监控能力。
- 参与代码评审、技术文档、生产问题分析和技术债务治理。
- 使用 AI Coding 工具提高研发效率，同时对架构合理性、代码质量和生产风险负责。
岗位要求：
- 具备企业级平台或分布式系统研发经验，熟悉高可用、弹性扩展、性能优化和故障恢复等工程实践。
- 熟悉微服务架构与治理相关技术，了解限流、熔断、降级、配置管理、灰度发布等机制的设计与实现。
- 具备可观测性系统建设经验，熟悉监控、链路追踪、日志审计等领域的常用技术栈和工具。
- 熟练掌握 CI/CD 流程与自动化测试体系，具备扎实的代码质量意识和工程交付能力。
