AI Engineer

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000 per month

About the role

Build and deliver AI and data science solutions for clients, turning raw data into actionable insights and developing AI-integrated applications with modern ML tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced data solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights

• Use statistical modeling and data visualisation to solve complex business problems

• Apply machine learning algorithms and tools such as TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn to improve data-driven decisions

• Run exploratory and descriptive analysis to inform strategy and drive growth

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale processing

• Work with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions

• Use programming languages such as C++ and R to develop and optimise data science workflows

• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data engineering

• Mentor junior team members in data science methods

• Keep up to date with the latest advances in AI and data science

About you

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of experience

• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Strong full-stack or backend development: Python, Angular or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, testing and software architecture

• Hands-on experience building AI-integrated applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Autogen

• Proven cloud and DevOps capability: Azure, AWS or GCP deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, security, reliability and scalability

• Degree in AI and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, IT, Machine Learning, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics or Systems Engineering (nice-to-have)

• Proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows (nice-to-have)

• Machine learning and deep learning techniques (nice-to-have)

• Complex data analysis and predictive modeling (nice-to-have)
