AI Engineer – 5+ Years of Experience

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning solutions, from initial prototyping through production deployment.

Build and manage robust ML workflows and data processing pipelines using Microsoft Azure services.

Leverage Python to develop machine learning applications, automate processes, and integrate AI models with existing systems.

Establish and maintain MLOps workflows, including model lifecycle management, automated deployment, performance monitoring, and model updates.

Work closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Evaluate model performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the reliability and maintainability of deployed solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering model architecture, implementation, deployment processes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

At least 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar technical role.

Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, libraries, and development tools.

Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and its capabilities for AI, machine learning, and data processing.

Solid understanding of MLOps principles, including CI/CD automation, model deployment, version control, and production monitoring.

Experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade machine learning solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate technical and business requirements into practical AI implementations.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and technical communication skills.
