工作內容

• 設計、開發與優化 LLM-based AI Agent
• 建置 RAG、Agent Workflow 及相關 AI Application
• 優化資料處理流程與模型效能

必備

• Python 程式開發能力，熟悉常見資料型態、資料結構及物件導向程式設計。
• 熟悉 Data Structures & Algorithms，能分析與改善程式效能。
• 熟悉 LangGraph、LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen 等 AI 開發框架。

加分

• 具備 ML / DL 基礎，熟悉 Transformer、PyTorch、模型推論或評估方法。
• Production AI System、效能優化、Latency Optimization 或資源管理經驗。
