AI Engineer – LLM & AI Agents
Pass Technology is hiring an AI Engineer to work on Sanad, our AI-powered personal assistant platform.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience building production AI systems, especially LLM agents, RAG, memory, tool calling, and AI workflows.
Responsibilities
Build and improve AI agents and multi-step workflows
Implement RAG and semantic search
Build conversational memory and user-context systems
Integrate AI agents with APIs and platform tools
Work with function/tool calling and structured outputs
Improve prompting, reliability, guardrails, and AI response quality
Build AI evaluation and testing workflows
Collaborate with Backend, Mobile, Product, and QA teams
Requirements
Strong Python experience
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents
Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs
Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
Experience with LangChain / LangGraph or similar frameworks
Experience building production APIs with FastAPI
Good understanding of tool/function calling and structured outputs
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience with Qdrant, PostgreSQL, LangMem, OpenRouter, AWS, SSE/WebSockets, and AI evaluation systems is a plus.
