About The Role
They are currently looking for strong AI Engineers to join their Hong Kong team and drive next-generation AI initiatives at scale. This opportunity is ideal for candidates passionate about building real-world AI products and enterprise-grade LLM applications beyond pure research environments.
Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs, RAG frameworks and AI Agent architecturesBuild and optimize enterprise knowledge base systems with semantic retrieval capabilitiesWork with vector databases such as Milvus, Qdrant and FAISS for indexing and intelligent search optimizationDevelop backend APIs, AI workflows, automation pipelines, DAG processes and MCP tool integrationsParticipate in domain-specific model training, AI data mining, inference optimization and production deploymentCollaborate closely with cross-functional regional teams to drive AI product innovation and implementation
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend engineering developmentSolid experience in AI application deployment and enterprise-level LLM implementationFamiliar with RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, vector search and modern LLM ecosystemsStrong foundation in Machine Learning, NLP and algorithm engineeringExperience in model optimization, inference acceleration or scalable AI deployment is highly preferredCandidates from AI-native companies, internet platforms, fintech, crypto or large-scale consumer platforms are highly welcomed
