AI Engineer

We're hiring a high-agency Equity Research Analyst to work at the intersection of public markets and AI. You'll not only do deep fundamental research but also help translate how top analysts think into product workflows, shaping the future of institutional research.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy production-grade GenAI systems(not just prototypes).
• Design and optimise RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and LLM workflows.
• Work on financial data extraction, reasoning, and summarisation systems.
• Improvement in latency, accuracy, and cost efficiency of LLM applications.
• Build scalable APIs and backend systems to serve AI models.
• Experiment with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with founders on01 product development.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in AI / ML / Backend engineering.
• Strong CS fundamentals (Tier-1 college preferred).
• Hands-on experience with: Python, APIs, system design, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc. ), RAG pipelines, vector databases.
• Experience building end-to-end systems from scratch.
• Prior work in Series A/B startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership.

Good to Have:

• Experience with LLMOps, evaluation frameworks, or fine-tuning.
• Exposure to finance / data-heavy domains.
• Familiarity with tools like vLLM, HuggingFace, and OpenAI APIs.
• Experience optimising for latency and cost in production systems.
