AI Engineer

Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of AI & Automation Engineer. Take a look at points below to understand more about this role.

Job Description :

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders from various departments and Business Unit to understand their processes, identify pain points, and pinpoint automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Connect various internal systems, third-party applications, and databases to create efficient, end-to-end automated processes.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for all developed automation workflows, including process flows, technical specifications, and integration details.
• Monitor the performance of deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in workflow automation, API integration, and AI applications, particularly in how they can enhance n8n capabilities.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the squad and the wider company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of experience in software development, process automation, or a similar technical role. Demonstrable projects (personal or professional) involving automation or AI are a strong plus.
• Proficiency in using workflow automation platforms like n8n is highly desirable. Experience with similar tools is also valuable.
• Solid understanding of API concepts (REST, GraphQL) and experience integrating various applications and services.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, particularly how to leverage LLMs and other AI services through APIs within automated workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English.

CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
