What You Will Do

• Design and implement production AI systems that utilize LLM orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing applied AI features.
• Develop and refine evaluation frameworks to ensure high model quality and performance.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
• Integrate human feedback into AI systems to enhance model outputs and user experience.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience as an applied AI engineer with a focus on production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create evaluation frameworks for assessing model quality.
• Experience working in high-growth startups or AI-native companies, showcasing a high degree of ownership and initiative.

Preferred

• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration.
• Background in regulated industries such as fintech or compliance.
• Experience in integrating human-in-the-loop processes to improve AI systems.

Compensation and Benefits
