AI Engineer: Remote, GenAI & Cloud Solutions

SDG Group Italy is seeking AI Engineers with 1 to 3 years of AI/ML experience to join our AI & ML Engineering team. From day one, you will be fully integrated into an international delivery unit, working with multicultural teams on high-impact projects across sectors such as Fashion & Luxury, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare.

Full-Lifecycle AI Development: from data cleaning to production-ready systems. Cutting-Edge Modeling: traditional and Generative AI methods (LLMs, Transformers). Industrialization & AIOps: scale models in cloud environments with reliable deployment. Cloud Mastery: work with AWS, GCP, Azure; Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI.
Strategic Insight & Communication: translate data into actionable business insights for clients. Collaborative Deployment: work with Data Engineers to integrate models into live systems. Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related). 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science is ideal. Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn). Familiarity with Git, virtual environments, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
