Job Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that support business and operational needs. The role will involve working with machine learning models, generative AI, data processing, APIs, and AI-driven applications while collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions and is comfortable working across the AI/ML development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.
Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
Build AI workflows, automation, and intelligent applications using appropriate frameworks and tools.
Develop and maintain APIs and integrations for AI-powered solutions.
Work with structured and unstructured data for model development and AI applications.
Perform model evaluation, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Develop solutions involving NLP, machine learning, predictive analytics, or computer vision, as applicable.
Implement prompt engineering and other techniques to improve LLM performance and reliability.
Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor AI applications and models in production and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, frameworks, models, and industry best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and communicate solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering with AI focus, or a related field.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-powered applications.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
Experience with APIs, databases, data processing, and system integration.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar technologies.
Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, or AI agents is an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to work fully onsite in Mandaluyong City.
