AI Engineer

Requirements:

• Nice-to-have moves you up the pile.
• 3 to 6 years of engineering experience, strong in TypeScript or Python, comfortable owning a service end-to-end.
• Shipped agents that take real actions in production, not conversational demos.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks, tool calling, RAG, and eval design.
• Product instinct for telling a good agent from a good demo.
• Comfortable in ambiguity, on a small team, moving fast.

Nice to have:

• Built or maintained an eval harness for an ML or LLM product.
• Swapped model providers in a live system without a rewrite.
• Background in performance marketing or ecommerce.
• Open-source work on an agent framework, or a strong opinion about one.
