Requirements:

• Shipped production backend systems in Python or Go.
• Built or touched real-time/voice systems: ASR, TTS, telephony, or streaming audio.
• Integrated LLMs into a live product: prompt engineering, structured outputs, evals.
• Enjoyed reasoning through hard trade-offs, not just following a spec.
