AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with 5-8 years of professional experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React.js, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbot development, and LangChain frameworks. This role requires a blend of backend AI engineering and frontend integration to deliver intelligent, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and LangChain.
• Develop and optimize chatbots for enterprise and consumer-facing applications.
• Build scalable APIs and services in Python for AI-driven applications.
• Integrate AI models with React.js frontends to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for domain-specific tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and frontend developers.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI applications in production.
• Stay updated with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend integration.
• Expertise in RAG pipelines and knowledge of vector databases.
• Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc. ).
• Experience with LangChain for building AI workflows.
• Proven track record in chatbot development and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model hosting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processes.
• Exposure to prompt engineering and advanced LLM fine-tuning.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
