Senior AI Engineer | Up to £700/day | Inside IR35
Location: Cardiff, 2-3 days onsite per week
We're working with a technology business looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape and deliver the next stage of its AI capabilities.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be building AI-powered features, making technical decisions and working closely with an existing engineering team to take solutions from concept through to production.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience building and deploying production AI/LLM applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and the wider AWS ecosystem.
- Excellent software engineering skills and the ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on.
- Experience with RAG, document processing, information extraction or LLM evaluation would be a big plus.
- An understanding of security, reliability and delivering AI within regulated environments.
