AI Engineer
What would you be doing?
Designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions (LLMs and traditional machine learning models), from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and integrating AI models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines)
- Deploying models to production and maintaining them (MLOps, monitoring, evaluation)
- Working with data: feature engineering, data quality, and dataset preparation
What are we looking for?
- Python and key libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain/LlamaIndex)
- LLM technologies: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, pgvector)
- Traditional ML: supervised and unsupervised learning models, evaluation, and validation
- MLOps: containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, MLflow, model serving (vLLM, Triton)
- SQL, cloud platforms and/or on-premises infrastructure
- Independently delivers tasks within a defined solution architecture.
- English and Polish speaker.
