Job Description
We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Full-Stack Engineering background and experience with AI/Agentic tools.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business users to understand problems and requirements.
Conduct discovery and research on business use cases, datasets, and systems.
Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and Agentic AI tools.
Apply Prompt, Context, and Skills Engineering.
Work with development teams to deploy solutions into production.
Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including MD-level stakeholders.
Present solutions and recommendations clearly using facts and analysis.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Full-Stack Engineering background.
Experience with AI / Agentic tools.
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.
Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
