What we're looking for

Academic Background

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
• Valuable training or certifications in:

or Applied Artificial Intelligence

or Process Automation (RPA/BPM)

or Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate

or Agile methodologies or Design Thinking

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in digital transformation, AI, automation, or technological solution development projects.
• Desirable experience with:

or Construction of prototypes or proofs of concept

or Functional analysis and documentation

or Automations or low code/no code development

Technical Skills

•Practical knowledge of generative AI and automation tools (Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio)

•Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, basic Python, or similar).

•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure services

Interpersonal Skills

•Technological curiosity and capacity for continuous self-learning.

•Analytical, organized, and problem-solving oriented thinking.

•Clear communication, especially for explaining technical concepts to non-technical profiles.

MISSION

Support the execution of digital transformation and artificial intelligence initiatives at the University, developing use cases, prototypes, proofs of concept, and automations that contribute to improving the experience of students, faculty, and administrative staff. Their purpose is to convert ideas into functional, scalable solutions aligned with the institution's technical standards.

1. Execution of transformation and AI projects

Analysis and Execution:

• Analyze operational needs and propose concrete opportunities for the application of AI and automation.
• Participate in the definition and prioritization of the backlog of transformation and AI use cases
• Document functional and technical requirements.

Monitoring of execution and scalability:

• Participate in the planning and execution of initiatives led by the AI Coordinator.
• Perform operational monitoring of tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate in risk, impact, and organizational requirement analyses.
• Analyze project success metrics vs. cost and risks to ensure their business case.
• Support coordination with specialized providers in AI, automation, or software development.

2. Maintenance of production services

• Monitoring of the use and operation of AI services in production
• Economic control of licenses. Consumption, infrastructure
• Execution of evolutions oriented toward guaranteeing the best service quality, access to the latest updates, and continuous improvement of projects in production.

3. Training and Support

• Prepare user guides, video tutorials, and functional documentation for users.
• Participate in training and support sessions on the use of AI tools (Copilot, chatbots, automations, etc.).

4. Technological Surveillance

• Stay updated on new AI tools, automation, analytics, and educational technologies (EdTech).
• Propose improvements and evolutions of implemented solutions.
