**About Us** We're on a mission to transform pharma services — the backbone of how new therapies reach patients. Vitalis is a Series A company backed by Kleiner Perkins and other leading Tier 1 VCs / angels across both AI / technology as well as Healthcare. Vitalis is currently fully remote, but we foresee being hybrid in the near future and will ask employees to come in 3 days a week to an office in NYC or San Francisco. Even when hybrid, we will maintain a commitment to flexibility. **What You'll Do** * Work directly with non-technical specialists to understand their work deeply enough to know what should be automated, what should stay human, and where that line sits * Implement agentic workflows for real, complex tasks * Build the integrations that connect agents to existing systems — often legacy software with messy APIs, or none at all * Operate feedback loops that make it a pleasure for our experts to teach our agents their knowledge and judgement **What We're Looking For** * 2+ years of professional software development experience shipping products to customers where reliability is critical * Strong familiarity with LLMs and agentic research * Customer first mindset - you understand a product is only as good as it improves our customers’ experience **Nice to Have** * Experience working with highly specialized non-technical users * A background in operations or services businesses * Experience with adaptive memory or personalization systems **Compensation** $125-$200k base with substantial equity depending on experience Competitive healthcare and other benefits
