We’re hiring an AI Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of cutting‑edge AI solutions across industries like banking, insurance, and retail.
The Scope
- Build and deploy GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, automation)
- Architect scalable, cloud‑native AI platforms
- Engage clients, shape AI strategy, and lead technical delivery
- Mentor engineers and lead high‑performing project teams
The Candidate
- 6+ years in AI/ML engineering or applied AI delivery
- Strong Python + modern AI stack (e.g. LangChain, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scalable architectures
- Consulting or client‑facing experience is preferred
