What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on backend experience with Python and FastAPI
• Basic experience in React and Typescript is helpful
• Deep expertise with AWS — including services such as API Gateway, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, Route53, and more
• Strong command of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
• Proven experience designing secure, observable, cloud-native architectures
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tooling (e.g. Datadog)
• A strong product mindset — you think beyond the ticket and care about outcomes, not just output
• Experienced with and genuinely excited by AI development tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex)
• Always exploring new tools and technologies — with a strong drive to turn ideas into shipped products
• Agile mindset, fluent in English, and a strong sense of ownership
