About the Role

We are looking for developers who treat AI as the default way to build software.

As an AI-First Senior Full Stack Developer, you will help build the next version of Eden's platform end-to-end, leverage AI tools to accelerate development, and create AI-powered experiences that improve outcomes for patients, doctors, and care teams.

This is a hands-on engineering role on a modern platform being built from the ground up, offering significant ownership and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Platform

• Develop end-to-end features across web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Ensure application security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality software.

Build AI-Powered Experiences

• Develop AI-driven capabilities such as:
• Smart Search
• Summarization
• Virtual Assistants
• Workflow Automation
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Work the AI-First Way

• Use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI development platforms.
• Share AI development best practices with the team.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, releases, and production support.
• Handle healthcare data responsibly under HIPAA-aligned practices.
• Collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 7 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
• TypeScript
• React.js / Next.js
• Node.js
• Experience with:
• REST APIs
• SQL Databases
• AWS Cloud Services
• Proven use of AI-assisted coding in daily development workflows.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI platforms such as:
• OpenAI
• Claude
• Gemini
• Strong understanding of:
• Git
• CI/CD
• Automated Testing
• Code Reviews
• Excellent communication skills in English.
