Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on your recruitment experience, AI capability, communication skills, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Monthly KPI and performance incentives based on hiring quality, recruitment speed, candidate experience, operational excellence, documentation quality, AI adoption, and overall contribution.

About the Role
As our AI-First HR Officer, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments while supporting onboarding, documentation, candidate communication, interview coordination, hiring administration, employer branding, and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, operations, and department leaders to identify exceptional people who align with our mission, culture, and high-performance expectations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
We're looking for an exceptional recruiter and people operations professional who combines outstanding communication with operational excellence.
You should have:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or People Operations.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational capability.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
AI-First Recruitment Experience
We're specifically looking for HR professionals who actively embrace AI.
Experience using AI for:

Benefits
Compensation
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Monthly Base Compensation
