AI-Forward Full-Stack Developer (.NET)
Summary
Full-stack developer building and maintaining production SaaS solutions on .NET/Azure, using AI-assisted workflows (Claude in VS Code) and managing CI/CD via Azure DevOps.
- Continuously develop, enhance, and maintain our core SaaS solutions in production
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, primarily using the .NET framework on Microsoft Azure Cloud, alongside modern web technologies
- Use Claude (via VS Code) as your primary AI-assisted / "vibe coding" workflow to accelerate development, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
- Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across front-end and back-end layers
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance at scale
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience
- Proven experience building and/or maintaining complex, production-grade SaaS solutions
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-assisted / vibe coding tools, ideally Claude + VS Code
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/5+)
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud (our hosting platform) — e.g. App Services, Azure SQL, Functions
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for repository management and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of modern stacks beyond .NET — e.g. Node.js, Python, or similar
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful/GraphQL API design
- Comfortable adapting across tech stacks and picking up new tools quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-204, AZ-400)
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and microservices
- Experience with other AI coding tools (e.g. Copilot, Cursor)
