AI Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for an AI Full-Stack Engineer who excels at leveraging AI tools to revolutionize traditional development workflows!

In this role, you are not just a code writer—you are an AI-empowered Product Architect and Implementer. You will combine front-end user experience, back-end system architecture, and cutting-edge AI Agent / Context techniques to rapidly turn innovative ideas into high-quality, production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Full-Stack Development: Utilize modern AI tools to efficiently design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack systems.

• Architecture & Implementation: Build seamless, intuitive front-end user interfaces and construct stable, scalable back-end APIs and database architectures.

• AI Agent & Skill Engineering: Author and optimize Agent/Skill documentation, system prompts, and context guidelines to establish standardized AI development workflows.

• UI/UX Design: Participate in UI/UX design from a user-centric perspective, creating product interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability.

• Security & Performance Optimization: Enforce strict code reviews, security safeguards, and performance tuning alongside AI-generated code.

Requirements

• 1. AI-Driven Development Workflow

  • Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of developing complete, end-to-end full-stack projects using AI tools (please include project descriptions in your resume or portfolio).

  • Agent / Context Authoring: Proficiency in writing SKILL or AGENT specification files (e.g., System Prompts, Context files, Custom Instructions) to direct AI in executing complex tasks accurately.

  • AI Security Awareness: Understanding of AI development security, including mitigation of Prompt Injection, Data Leakage prevention, OWASP Top 10 for LLM risks, and identifying potential vulnerabilities in AI-generated code.

• 2. Full-Stack & Database Core

  • Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), with hands-on experience in Vue.js / Nuxt.js.

  • Back-End Development: Strong back-end development skills with proficiency in Node.js or other modern back-end frameworks and API design.

  • Database Management: Skilled in designing and operating relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, Redis, and SQLite.

  • Version Control: Proficient in using Git for code versioning and team collaboration.

• 3. Product & Design Mindset

  • UI/UX Fundamentals: Understanding of UI/UX design principles and wireframing/prototyping concepts, with the ability to independently design intuitive workflows and user interfaces.

Nice to Have:

• Deep familiarity and daily usage of AI IDEs or extensions such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Dev (Roo Code), or Continue.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), building RAG systems, or working with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Active GitHub projects, technical blogs, or publicly accessible experimental AI projects.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Solid experience in web development using HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js andNuxt.js.
• Familiarity with back-end development, particularly using Node.js.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Skilled with modern frontend tooling (NPM, Yarn) and version control (Git).
• Proficiency in translating UI/UX designs into working code with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and code optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative abilities.

WORKING CONDITION

• Full-time position with standard office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Monday – Friday.
• Onsite ( Makati City )
