AI Growth Marketing Manager

You are an AI-native marketing specialist who will own the end-to-end marketing engine: translating complex software engineering and AI concepts into compelling narratives, building an active community, and running the operational workflows that keep campaigns, events, and content moving on schedule.

What You’ll Bring

• Must-Have
• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, content strategy, or community/marketing operations.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate advanced IT/AI topics into engaging copy.
• Deep platform expertise on LinkedIn (understanding what content drives reach, engagement, and conversion in B2B tech).
• Hands-on event management experience running both virtual (webinars, live streams) and in-person events (meetups, breakfasts).
• Project management rigor: highly organized, proactive, and capable of closing loops independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual fluency: Professional-level written and spoken English and Hungarian.
• Nice-to-Have:
• Background inside a custom software development shop, IT consultancy, or SaaS company.
• Basic audio/video editing skills (for quick podcast clips, shorts, and social cuts).
• Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, sponsored placements).

Work Setup

• Location: Remote-first, with occasional travel to Budapest for in-person events, filming, and team meetups.
