Summary
Baichuan AI is hiring a Beijing-based product manager to plan, design, launch, and iterate on AI-powered healthcare products for specialty diseases, coordinating medical experts, technical, and operations teams. Day to day: writing PRDs and prototypes, driving development/testing/UI through launch, and analyzing usage data and clinical outcomes.
You will plan, research, design, launch, and improve healthcare products for specialty diseases, aligning them with clinical and follow-up needs. You will work with medical experts, partners, technical staff, and operations staff to support commercialization and clinical value. You will create product prototypes and PRDs, define features and workflows, and coordinate development, testing, and UI work through launch. You will monitor usage data, clinical outcomes, and user feedback to improve the product, while producing training, operating, and presentation materials.
Responsibilities
- Plan, research, design, deliver, and improve specialty healthcare products
- Coordinate medical experts, partners, technical teams, and operations teams
- Create prototypes, PRDs, feature definitions, and workflows
- Coordinate development, testing, and UI work through product launch
- Manage project progress and quality
- Analyze usage data, clinical outcomes, and user feedback
- Produce product training, operating, and presentation materials
Requirements
- At least 3 years of healthcare product management experience
- Experience with specialty diseases, chronic disease management, internet healthcare, or AI healthcare products is preferred
- Knowledge of end-to-end healthcare product development and delivery
