Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient AI Image QC Trainer to join our team. The core of this role is reviewing AI-generated product and model images on our e-commerce platform to determine whether they meet publication standards, and converting each decision and defect tag into structured feedback used for the continuous training and optimisation of our AI image generation models. This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is required full onboarding training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated product and model images to ensure they meet company quality standards and are suitable for publication on the e-commerce platform.
• Evaluate images against established guidelines identifying visual defects, AIgenerated artifacts, inaccurate product details, colour inconsistencies and other quality issues while making consistent review decisions.
• Categorise and tag rejected images by defect type to produce structured training feedback that supports AI model iteration and optimisation.
• Take part in guideline testing and calibration (calibration sessions, consistency audits) and help refine internal review standards and case libraries.
• Summarise recurring issue types and trends and share them with the team and relevant stakeholders, improving the overall pass rate of AI-generated images through training feedback to the model.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining high review quality.

Requirements

Essential

• Diploma or above, any discipline. Candidates without prior experience are welcome; onboarding training will be provided.
• Strong visual sensitivity, with the ability to quickly spot fine details and anomalies in images.
• Meticulous and patient, able to stay focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent judgement quality.
• Strong ability to understand and strictly apply guidelines, with decisions driven by standards rather than personal preference.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with office software and online review tools.
• Good command of English and Chinese, able to read and understand review guidelines in both languages.

Advantageous

• Experience in content moderation, quality inspection, data annotation, e-commerce operations, or photography/retouching.
• Familiarity with visual presentation standards for apparel, beauty, or consumer goods.
• Interest in or basic understanding of AIGC / AI image generation.
• Data sensitivity able to identify patterns and trends from review outcomes.
