AI Implementation Specialist
We are looking for an innovative and drivenAI Implementation Specialistto bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and our daily logistics operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind integrating AI solutions - such as predictive analytics, computer vision for Transportation management, and document automation - into our existing supply chain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Identify AI Opportunities:Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and customer service teams to identify bottlenecks where AI, Machine Learning (ML), or automation can drive efficiency.
System Integration:Lead the deployment and integration of AI models and third-party AI tools (e.g., automated document processing, predictive maintenance for warehouse robotics, demand forecasting) into our existing IT infrastructure.
Project Management:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI implementation projects, from initial scoping and proof-of-concept (PoC) to full-scale deployment and user training.
Data Pipeline Management:Work alongside data engineers to ensure that AI systems are fed with clean, reliable, and secure data from our Transportation Management Systems (TMS) tools.
Change Management & Training:Act as the internal champion for AI adoption, creating user manuals, leading training sessions, and helping staff adapt to new AI-enhanced workflows.
Performance Monitoring:Track the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI systems, troubleshooting issues and optimizing models for continuous improvement.
Required Skillset
Technical Proficiency:Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, and database management.
AI/ML Knowledge:Solid understanding of applied AI concepts, particularly NLP (for processing shipping documents/customs forms), computer vision (for quality control/inventory tracking), and predictive analytics.
Cloud & API Integration:Experience working with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and integrating RESTful APIs to connect AI platforms with legacy systems.
Project Management:Proven ability to manage complex tech projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Cross-Functional Communication:Exceptional ability to translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical Problem-Solving:A data-driven mindset with the ability to diagnose system integration issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:3+ years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or data systems deployment.
Industry Knowledge:Proven experience working within the logistics, supply chain, or warehousing industry is highly preferred.
AI Exposure:Hands-on experience implementing or scaling AI/ML products, SaaS platforms, or automation tools in a corporate environment.
Language:English is required; Cantonese and Putonghua are preferred.
