AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer
- Own and deliver platform components end-to-end, including Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns, and CI/CD workflows.
- Design and build self-service infrastructure workflows and internal developer tools — APIs, CLIs, or agent-accessible interfaces — that remove manual bottlenecks for engineering teams.
- Create observable, feedback-rich platforms that enable automated systems to self-correct and give teams real visibility into what's happening.
- Implement guardrails, secrets hygiene, and audit trails to maintain security and safety at scale.
- Produce clear documentation and runbooks that serve both human developers and AI agent operations.
- Present and drive adoption of new platform capabilities across engineering teams through strong developer UX and proactive collaboration.
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- C1 English level or higher.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including module design and CI/CD integration.
- Solid Linux/Unix skills and comfort working primarily via CLI — bash/zsh, SSH, DNS, routing, and network diagnostics.
- Active use of LLM-based development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini CLI) in your daily engineering workflow.
- Proven ability to take a complex infrastructure problem from ambiguity to a fully adopted, production-grade solution.
