AI Integration Developer (Claude + Cloudbeds PMS)

Scale Up Philippines is looking for an experienced AI Integration Developer to build a secure integration between Cloudbeds PMS and Claude AI for a growing London-based serviced apartment company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build the Cloudbeds-to-Claude integration

• Work with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and Claude tool use/function calling

• Build or configure MCP servers where appropriate

• Support multi-property reservations, occupancy, guest, availability, and operational data

• Implement secure access controls, logging, and UK GDPR-compliant data handling

• Test the integration thoroughly and ensure accurate AI responses

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and team training

• Provide post-launch troubleshooting and optimization support

Qualifications

• Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks

• Hands-on experience with Claude API or other LLM APIs

• Experience with MCP servers is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js

• Cloud deployment experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, or similar

• Cloudbeds or hospitality PMS experience is highly preferred

• Strong understanding of data security and privacy

• Able to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
