AI & IT Support Manager

About Us:

Top Choice Services Limited is a dynamic event coordination and technology solutions company based in Hong Kong. We specialize in integrating cutting-edge AI technology with event design and app development. To cope with our rapid business expansion, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an AI & IT Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1) AI Event Design: Utilize AI tools and technologies to design, conceptualize, and generate creative backdrops and visual layouts for client events and activities.

2) IT Support & App Management: Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and technical support of mobile applications for our clients.

3) Project & Operations Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned IT and AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

4) Business Development (China Market): Proactively develop and explore client resources in the mainland China market to drive business growth and expand our client base.

5) General IT Operations: Handle all other IT-related tasks and provide technical support as required by the company and its clients.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related discipline.

2) Proven experience in AI design tools and AI Agent (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Codex, Cladude Code, etc.) and graphic design software.

3) Solid experience in mobile app design, development, and maintenance (iOS/Android).

4) Strong IT support and troubleshooting skills.

5) Must have experience or a strong network in developing business resources within the mainland China market.

6) Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

7) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
