Context of role
- Assist in reviewing business processes to identify where AI, automation, analytics, or digital tools can improve efficiency, consistency, quality, or decision-making.
- Work with various business, operational, data, and IT teams to understand requirements, document needs, and support solution delivery.
- Help gather, clean, structure, and interpret data to support AI-related analysis, reporting, process improvement, and decision support.
- Support the testing, validation, and monitoring of AI-enabled tools, reports, workflows, or prototypes under guidance from senior team members.
- Document findings, assumptions, risks, opportunities, actions, and progress in a clear and structured manner.
- Manage assigned tasks independently, follow through on agreed actions, and elevate blockers or risks when required.
- Identify potential risks, data quality issues, process gaps, adoption challenges, and improvement opportunities during analysis and project work.
- Prepare simple summaries, presentations, reports, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of AI trends, responsible AI principles, data governance, cybersecurity considerations, and business process improvement practices.
- Understand the Risks and Opportunities that AI presents to the business.
