AI 開發工程師(AI Research Engineer)

(1) Bridge & Deconstruct: Act as the primary technical liaison between biological experts and development teams; accurately deconstruct intricate research requirements into executable AI architectures.
(2) Federated Learning Ecosystem: Develop and maintain a Federated Learning framework to enable collaborative model training across sensitive datasets while ensuring strict data privacy and regulatory compliance.
(3) LLM & AI Agents: Experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI Agents to build intelligent, automated assistants for internal researchers, significantly boosting organizational productivity.
(4) Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
