Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically-minded SQA Engineer (Performance &Stress Testing) to join our SQA Team under the QA Department.
This role will focus on product stability and capacity limits, primarily responsible for planning stress test plans, executing tests, and participating in the maintenance and optimization of our internally developed stress testing tools.

This is a critical role that combines a quality-assurance mindset with basic development capabilities, perfect for engineers who are curious about system performance, possess basic programming skills, and aspire to dive deep into software limits and bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities
● Test Planning & Design: Plan and design performance and stress test plans; define test scenarios and evaluation metrics.
● Environment Configuration & Deployment: Assist in configuring, deploying, and
maintaining the required stress testing environments based on internal testing architecture to ensure data authenticity.
● Internal Tool Maintenance: Participate in the basic development, feature optimization, and daily maintenance of the QA team's proprietary stress testing tools.
● Test Execution & Analysis: Execute stress tests and utilize tools like Grafana to monitor system resources (e.g., CPU, Memory, Network) to identify performance bottlenecks and generate test reports.
● Defect Management: Identify, log, and track software bugs; collaborate closely with the SQA Leader and development teams to verify fixes.

Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
● Programming Skills: Basic programming experience and coding logic, with the ability to read, modify, and maintain existing tool codebases.
● Linux Basics: Familiarity with basic Linux command-line operations for environment configuration and log inspection.
● Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to describe technical issues and performance bottlenecks clearly.

Nice to Have
● Basic knowledge of API testing concepts or tools (e.g., Postman).
● Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD processes.
