SQA Engineer Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented SQA Engineer to ensure product reliability and usability through Manual Testing. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, curious, and looking to start their career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities
● Test Execution: Perform manual functional testing based on test cases to ensure the product works as expected.
● Defect Reporting: Identify, log, and track software bugs using bug-tracking tools;
provide clear steps to reproduce issues.
● Collaboration: Work with the QA Leader and developers to understand product
requirements and verify fixes.
● Documentation: Assist in maintaining test cases and providing simple status reports on testing progress.

Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
● Attention to Detail: A strong ability to spot UI inconsistencies and logical errors.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to describe technical issues clearly.
● Analytical Mind: A proactive problem-solver who is curious about how software works (and breaks).
● Linux Basics: Basic familiarity with Linux command-line operations.

Nice to Have
● Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
● Basic knowledge of API testing concepts or tools (e.g., Postman).
● Basic programming logic (e.g., Python).
● Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
