【AI Lab】資深機器學習工程師 Senior Machine Learning Engineer

【What to expect】
Here at iKala, we are developing new algorithms and data pipelines which power business decisions in marketing and our in-house analytics platform. You will co-work with teams working in Machine Learning, Data Acquisition, Data Science, and Data Analysis to develop or optimize algorithms on large-scale multi-modal data.

【What you will be doing】
1. Develop in-house multilingual NLP models (Chinese, English, Japanese).
2. Tune and optimize algorithms to handle large-scale data (> 100 GB).
3. Carry out ablation studies and experiments.
4. Read the latest papers and implement state-of-the-art models.

【Requirements】
1. Design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines — from data ingestion,
feature engineering, model training to production serving and monitoring
2. Develop and optimize ML models for core product scenarios: influencer
recommendation, audience prediction, content classification, and social trend
detection
3. Apply NLP techniques to analyze multilingual social media content, extracting
actionable insights for brands and marketers
4. Establish and maintain MLOps practices — model versioning, automated
retraining, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
5. Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to translate business
requirements into ML solutions
6. Lead technical design discussions and define ML best practices.

【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or
related field.
2. 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering, with proven
track record of deploying models to production
3. Strong proficiency in Python; hands-on experience with PyTorch or
TensorFlow
4. Deep expertise in at least one ML domain: NLP, recommendation systems, or
information retrieval
5. Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines at scale (data processing,
feature stores, model serving)
6. Familiarity with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or equivalent)
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and data-driven decision making
7. Strong communication skills; able to present technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related
field.
2.Hands-on experience with LLM applications (RAG, Continual Pre-training,
fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
3. Experience designing and implementing AI Agent workflows
4. Familiarity with distributed training or model inference optimization (mixed
precision, model distillation)
5. Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or
equivalent)
6. Track record of technical leadership — mentoring, code review culture,
architecture decisions
7. Publications in top-tier venues (KDD, ACL, RecSys, NeurIPS) are a plus but not
required
