AI Lead Architect

We are looking for an AI Lead Architect to provide technical leadership for the operational run of a platform, a 400–500-application low-code/no-code estate (cloud-hosted Python) supporting revenue-critical business capabilities. The role owns the AI and automation layer within the platform, ensuring reliable, governed operations across highly critical applications with 45 databases and 320 production environments across 12 countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI-driven monitoring and observability architecture for the platform estate
• Design and operate automated triage and incident classification — routing by business capability and technical stack before L2 engagement
• Provide technical governance on platform-layer changes, guardrails and patterns for the low-code/no-code environment
• Act as the technical interface to the platform governance function; surface operational failure patterns and propose platform-side remediation
• Ensure SLA adherence

Requirements

• Proven Platform/Solution architecture expertise backed by hands-on AI/ML or AIOps experience
• Proficiency in cloud-hosted Python environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience with large-scale observability and monitoring tooling (supporting 300+ PROD environments)
• Understanding of low-code/no-code platform governance
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
