AI Lead / Architect up to 85k
Job Responsibilities
Design and iterate the company’s overall AI application architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring technical solutions align with business strategic goals.
Evaluate, select and introduce cutting-edge AI technologies including LLMs and Agent frameworks, and establish unified technical selection standards.
Build scalable and reusable AI application architectures to support rapid deployment and iteration of multi-scenario business applications.
Identify and mine AI application scenarios for office, production, business and management businesses in collaboration with business teams.
Lead the full technical lifecycle of AI projects, including PoC verification, solution design and large-scale business implementation.
Summarize AI application technical best practices and realize cross-departmental technical reuse and replication.
Establish AI application effect quantitative evaluation standards to measure efficiency improvement and cost reduction benefits.
Monitor AI application operation data, collect feedback, and continuously optimize technical solutions and application effects.
Sort out AI transformation progress and ROI data, and complete regular reporting to management.
Technical Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or related technical majors.
5+ years of software architecture or technical management experience, with 3+ years of AI project practical experience.
Proficient in mainstream LLM technology stacks (GPT, Claude, Kimi, Tongyi Qianwen, etc.) and their practical application logic.
Familiar with mainstream Agent framework technologies with practical project implementation experience.
Master core AI application development technologies including API integration, RAG, model fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
Familiar with enterprise system integration and API design, with practical microservices architecture experience.
