AI & LLM Engineer
Job Summary
Join the Digital Transformation Team to build enterprise-grade AI capabilities that power intelligent applications across manufacturing. You will design, implement and continuously improve LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines and production AI services while working closely with AI Solution Architects and manufacturing domain experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade AI Agents and LLM applications.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge bases.
- Develop Text-to-SQL and AI workflow capabilities.
- Implement structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation pipelines.
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and databases.
- Collaborate with AI Solution Architects to implement solution designs.
- Continuously improve AI quality, latency and reliability.
Requied Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with LLM application development.
- Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
- Good communication and teamwork.
