Introduction & Summary: Seeking an AI Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead the AI strategy development for a hybrid environment in Dublin/Cork and remote work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Utilities or Energy Sector, specifically with Microsoft Copilot, and experience in emerging AI strategy development. A detailed understanding of project delivery and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
The role involves managing AI delivery and coordinating resources effectively.
Provide day-to-day leadership of the AI teams.
Coordinate supplier-provided resources.
Manage coordination of AI team resources.
Drive project pipeline/backlog prioritization.
Engage with stakeholders and execute governance strategies.
Demonstrate the value of AI projects based on business cases.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing AI delivery.
Expertise in developing and implementing AI strategies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot.
Background in the Utilities or Energy Sector.
