AI Manager
The AI Manager is responsible for executing the company's AI initiatives by transforming leadership's vision, priorities, and business objectives into operational AI solutions. This role is highly execution-focused.
This includes configuring AI platforms, developing automations, deploying new tools, refining prompts and workflows, integrating systems, testing solutions, troubleshooting issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring AI capabilities continue to evolve alongside business needs.
The remaining portion of the role focuses on governance, compliance, documentation, team coordination, and providing recommendations that improve efficiency and support leadership's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the CEO's and leadership team's AI strategy through hands-on implementation.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, assistants, and operational systems.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Configure, integrate, and optimize AI platforms and third-party applications.
- Develop and continuously refine prompts, agents, automations, templates, and knowledge bases.
- Fine-tune existing AI systems to improve performance, reliability, accuracy, and user experience.
- Monitor AI workflows to ensure they remain functional, effective, and aligned with evolving business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve implementation challenges, and proactively improve existing solutions.
- Expand AI capabilities by identifying opportunities to automate additional business processes.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and standard operating procedures for implemented AI systems.
- Ensure AI solutions remain scalable, organized, and maintainable over time.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate implemented AI solutions and make enhancements based on business feedback.
- Maintain AI system performance through regular updates, testing, optimization, and maintenance.
- Coordinate implementation priorities across departments.
- Support user adoption by improving usability and refining workflows.
- Measure implementation success using operational metrics and business outcomes.
Governance & Oversight
- Ensure AI implementations comply with company policies, security requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Establish and maintain AI documentation, governance standards, and operational best practices.
- Monitor responsible AI usage and data handling practices.
- Provide recommendations to leadership regarding implementation priorities, operational improvements, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Assist leadership with planning implementation timelines, resource needs, and execution roadmaps.
