AI Marketing Program Manager
Summary
Builds and ships AI-powered marketing tools and agentic workflows for Amazon Global Selling's Rest of Asia marketing team — from content generation and localization to go-to-market, training, and A/B-measured impact — while serving as marketing owner for specific seller domains across Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia.
The Rest of Asia (ROA) Central Marketing team drives seller launch and success across Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia. We focus on two areas: activating small and medium-sized sellers at scale through communication programs, and bringing Amazon's central product marketing programs to ROA sellers in ways that fit each market. We leverage marketing capabilities and AI tools proven in China, and we work with each country team to decide what fits their sellers, rather than applying one approach everywhere.
We are looking for an AI Marketing Program Manager who is both a marketer and a builder. You will build AI-powered tools and workflows that help marketers across ROA work faster and engage sellers with more relevant content. You will lead how AI is introduced into our marketing programs, from identifying where it adds value to measuring the results. You will also serve as the marketing owner for a specific domains, judging which programs fit ROA sellers and partnering with the business teams that own that domain. Success means AI tools that country teams actually use, and measurable improvement in how ROA sellers launch and grow on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered tools and agentic workflows for ROA marketing, such as content generation, localization, and seller communication, taking them from prototype to production.
- Map the AI tools already built by central and country teams, identify where AI can improve ROA marketing programs, and decide whether to reuse, adapt, or build.
- Own go-to-market for AI tools across ROA: position each tool for its target users, launch it with country teams, provide playbooks and training, and measure usage and business impact through A/B tests or holdout groups.
- Serve as the marketing owner for domains: assess which central programs and content fit ROA sellers, provide localization guidance, and act as the main marketing contact for the domain's business partners.
- Analyze seller and market data to uncover growth opportunities in your domain, and turn findings into recommendations that country teams can act on.
- Partner with BI, product, and engineering teams on data access and tool integration, and escalate blockers early.
